Panic buttons & personal alarms

Help, at the press of a button.

A wireless button by the bed, on a keyring or on a lanyard that alerts the people you choose, whether that is family, a neighbour or staff on site, and can sound the siren, switch the lights on or unlock the door for whoever is coming to help.

The difference

The usual way, and ours.

A fall in the night
The usual alarm: Shout, and hope someone hears.
Our way: Press a button. The right people are told straight away.
Someone who should not be there
The usual alarm: Hope they leave.
Our way: A silent alert to family or staff, or the siren on cue.
Help arrives
The usual alarm: They cannot get in.
Our way: Lights on and the door unlocked for them.

How we work

From first chat to handover.

  1. 1

    A proper conversation

You tell us what worries you, how you live and what you already have. We ask annoying questions about side gates and spare keys.

  2. 2

    A look at the property

We walk it the way a burglar, a fire or a burst pipe would, and plan coverage, wiring and where everything goes.

  3. 3

    Fitted tidily

Wireless where it saves your walls, wired where it makes sense. Dust sheets down, cables hidden, everything tested.

  4. 4

    Handed over, then looked after

We set up the app with you, show everyone how it works and stay on the end of the phone afterwards.

Questions

Panic buttons & personal alarms: what people ask.

Is this a monitored service?

No. Alerts go to the people you choose, instantly, through the app. We do not run a monitoring centre.

Can the button be worn?

Yes. Buttons can be worn on a lanyard or wristband, carried on a keyring or fixed to a wall.

Will it work in the garden?

Usually, yes. We test coverage across the house and garden when we fit it, and add a range extender if needed.
