Indoor air quality

Fresh air, measured.

Stuffy bedrooms, damp bathrooms and meeting rooms where everyone is yawning by three o’clock. Air quality monitors track CO₂, humidity and temperature, tell you when a room needs air, and can switch the ventilation on by themselves.

The difference

The usual way, and ours.

A stuffy room
The usual alarm: Headaches and yawns.
Our way: An alert to open a window, or the fan comes on by itself.
Damp and mould
The usual alarm: Found on the wall in spring.
Our way: High humidity flagged early, so you can act.
Offices and classrooms
The usual alarm: Guesswork.
Our way: Real numbers you can act on.

What you get

Air quality, done properly.

  • 01

    CO₂ monitoring

High CO₂ is a good sign a room needs fresh air. We show it plainly and tell you when it climbs.

  • 02

    Humidity and damp

Catch the conditions that lead to condensation and mould before they leave a mark.

  • 03

    Ventilation that responds

Linked to fans, heat recovery or window actuators, the house can air itself.

  • 04

    Holiday lets

Spot the condensation problems guests never mention.

  • 05

    Workplaces

Offices, meeting rooms and classrooms where fresh air makes a real difference to how people feel.

How we work

From first chat to handover.

  1. 1

    A proper conversation

You tell us what worries you, how you live and what you already have. We ask annoying questions about side gates and spare keys.

  2. 2

    A look at the property

We walk it the way a burglar, a fire or a burst pipe would, and plan coverage, wiring and where everything goes.

  3. 3

    Fitted tidily

Wireless where it saves your walls, wired where it makes sense. Dust sheets down, cables hidden, everything tested.

  4. 4

    Handed over, then looked after

We set up the app with you, show everyone how it works and stay on the end of the phone afterwards.

Questions

Air quality: what people ask.

Is this the same as a carbon monoxide alarm?

No, and it is an important difference. Air quality monitors measure carbon dioxide (CO₂), humidity and temperature. Carbon monoxide (CO) is a poisonous gas that needs a dedicated CO detector, which we fit as part of fire and life safety.

Can it control my extractor fans?

With the right connection, yes. We will look at your fans and ventilation on the survey.
