How we handle your information

What we collect

When you send an enquiry or ask for a call back, we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, email address, the postcode and type of the property, what your enquiry is about, the best time to call and anything you tell us in your message.

Why we collect it

Only to answer your enquiry, advise you, and arrange and carry out work. We do not use your details for marketing, and we do not sell or share them with anyone else.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted. Where we have carried out work, we keep the records needed for warranties, servicing and our legal obligations.

Who can see it

Enquiries are received by the team at New Forest Technology Services. Stored records are visible only to authorised staff.

Systems we install

Security systems, cameras and intercoms we install for you belong to you, and the footage, photos and event history they record are yours. We only access a system remotely with your permission, for example to diagnose a fault.

Cookies

This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies and uses no analytics that identify you.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will action the request.
